I met the Lori and Michele from Twin Cakes Bakery two summers ago at the Carrboro Farmers Mkt., where they introduced me to the yummy world of non-allergen vegan baked goods. They also introduced me to their veggie “flat breads” and crackers and from then on I have never looked back. They even came to my house to show me how to make them using my dehydrator.
