1) Are all your products GF?
Yes all our products are gluten-free. In addition our products are dairy-free egg-free soy-free corn-free.

2) Are you a dedicated GF facility?
YES!! We only bake gluten-free, egg-free, and dairy-free products. In addition we are a peanut-free, corn -free, casein-free, soy-free, lactose-free facility. We do use coconut, tree nuts and sesame seeds, therefore not a tree-nut free facility, even though some products are tree nut-free we can not claim to be nut free.

3)What does raw (dehydrated) plant based food mean?
Plant based food is defined as: fruit, vegetables, nuts, and seeds that are in their natural state. This means they are never cooked, processed, or altered in any way. Raw foods are ‘living foods’ that have been germinated and sprouted to provide us with abundant amounts of natural sources of vitamins, minerals, enzymes, and amino acids. These living foods are full of energy and life and help increase our own life force, which speaks to their powerful attributes, importance and the most important reason for their desirability.

4) Why coconut oil? And fats?
Coconut oil: It actually is comprised mainly of Medium Chain Fatty Acids (MCT’s). These MCT’s are liquid at 76 degrees and remain liquid in our bodies. They also quickly convert to energy and are most likely NOT going to be stored as body fat like long chain animal fats. Coconut oil is also very stable therefore does not oxidize easily to create free radical damage. Athletes consume 1-2 tablespoons of MCT’s before competitions for added energy!
Coconut oil also contains Lauric Acid, known to be anti-bacterial/viral.

One of nature’s richest sources of essential fatty acids is found in raw nuts and seeds.

5) What makes your crackers and flatbreads different from other Gluten free and/or Raw products?
Our products are different than most things on the market because it is dehydrated to preserve all vital nutrients. They are all gluten-free! We grind up the ingredients in the crackers and flatbreads, like flax seeds, to make it easier to digest. Most flax crackers leave the flax in the whole shell form. We like to grind it up to make it easier for the body to handle all the nutrients.

6) Are all your products 100% raw?
Majority of our products are 100% raw. The only ingredients that we use that are not raw is our maple syrup and nutritional yeast. Everything else comes from organic raw ingredients. That we soak for easier digestion. the seasons change, so do the tastes and textures of organic vegetables. As we do not alter what Mother Nature has provided us with, our all vegetable crisps and chips may alter slightly in flavour

7) Do you use any genetically modified ingredients (GMOs)?
None of our ingredients are genetically modified.

8)What is the shelf life of your products?Most of our products have 1-3 month room temperature shelf life. Even though they are dehydrated foods we still try to keep the concept of fresh and that is why are products shelf life is not a year.

9) How to best store your products?
We recommend after opening your products is to store in refrigerator to keep them as fresh as possible and lasting longer.

10) What makes your products so expensive? You pay what you get. And that a high quality product made with the best ingredients! We created these products with your health in mind! We feel getting high quality foods with organic ingredients is reflected in our overall product line.
The high price is a sign of good quality and hard work in making sure every product is up to par with our mission. We use high quality organic ingredients and in process of creating our products from beginning to end all play a role in the overall cost. We are dedicated to keeping our high standards throughout our whole process. And our having such a quality means you are getting the best and don’t you deserve the best. Your health is important to us and that is why we created this products.

11) Are you looking into any certifications?
Yes we are looking into get our certified organic certificate, gluten free certificate and vegan certificate.

12) Do you offer Baked GF good anymore?
No at the moment our bakery is no longer baking traditional gluten free vegan baked goods anymore. That is how our bakery started with and we are working on a cookbook to share our bakeries recipes. Plus we hope we will be able to offer that service back in the future.

13) Do you still sell at Farmers Markets anymore?
No we longer sell at farmers markets. We sell online nation-wide and sell at health food stores nationwide. Check out our where to buy to see if a store near you sells our products?

14) Does your bakery offer cakes or cupcakes?
We used to offer this service but no longer. Our raw foods gluten free products have taken over our time.

15) Do you have a retail store front?
No at the moment we do not have a retail store front. You can get our products on our online store or local health food stores.

16)How do you ship?
We ship most of our products via Fed-ex and some USPS mainly for international orders to Canada and Hawaii.

17) Do you ship internationally?
Yes we ship currently to Canada. We are working on shipping to other countries soon.

18) What do I do if I have an issue or question about my order?

19)Do you accept credit cards?
Yes we use paypal for our credit card processing services.
